Excellent products & service!
I really shopped around for quality backpacks for my 6 grandchildren and I am very impressed with these products. I had a lot of special requests for embroidery, shipping, other products, etc. The staff were very courteous, helpful and patient. The backpacks and the embroidery were both excellent quality, very sturdy, heavy material and zippers. I will definitely buy again, highly recommend.

Great Backpack!
I bought 2 of these for my twin daughters who will be starting first grade in the fall. The size is perfect for carrying what they need for school without overwhelming their petite 43" height. They seem very durable as well. My girls LOVED being able to personalize them what their name and image. Very pleased with our purchase!!

PERFECTION
Amazing workmanship on these 3 back pack and lunch box sets I recently ordered. I ordered 2 of their designs and one of my own that was hand sketched and all three came out perfect, flawless, amazing! The quality of the back packs and lunch boxes is excellent too, not the cheap stuff at all. They went above and beyond to find designs that would be perfect for my grandchildren's tastes. I was worried that the embroidered designs might not show up great on the color choices that I made for the back packs and lunch boxes and they emailed me proofs of what each of them would look like before they began the work. It took me a month to decide my choices that each of my grandchildren would be thrilled with and they patiently worked with me every step of the way and once had made up my mind and submitted my order, they work was completed in an expedient manner and I had all three back pack and lunch box sets at my doorstep completed to perfection within a couple of days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE AND I WILL DEFINATLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN if I am ever in need of back packs and lunch boxes again. However I don't think these will ever wear out, the quality is absolutely magnificent!

Strong, durable, KID friendly & adorable!!
The best choice when considering maximum character embroidery (I had my daughter's first AND middle name embroidered on her b/pack)! Plus the bags are durable, kid tested and mommy approved. I have ordered this bag for each of my 3 kids entering elementary school, with the matching lunch box. We use these bags hard between school, activities & as carry ons for trips. My girls LOVED that they could show their own personality / hobbies with the patches and in choosing their own favorite colors. The backpacks will outlast anything you buy elsewhere making them an excellent deal. They are also shipped out SUPER fast.

I rarely write reviews, and am usually skeptical when any company/product receives no negative feedback at all. I am a procrastinator, however, and ran out of time to get my kids' backpacks and lunch bags so I thought I would take a chance with Kids Travel Zone. If you think this is leading up to a negative review, I'm sorry to disappoint. As if top-notch quality, great colors and tons of choices aren't enough, I received my package within 2 days from placing my order! My daughter just started kindergarten and after seeing catalogues from 2 well known companies (pb & le) she asked (begged) for a matching backpack/ lunchbox set. Needless to say, she won and got a beautiful pink set, adorned with a flower and her initials. Even though my son won't start kindergarten until next year, I went ahead and bought his set and put it up until next year. No procrastination there! I ordered a (KY) blue wildcat (Go Cats!) backpack with matching lunch box, both monogrammed. Custom made product, excellent quality, lightening fast shipping... What more could a mom ask for??? Okay, a lot! But in this case, KTZ has provided complete satisfaction!

Adorable backpack with many color and style options
I love these backpacks! I have bought quite a few over the last 6 or so years. My only criticism is that the zippers seem to have gotten less sturdy. The one's I bought a few years back still have their zippers. I bought one last year for my youngest child, and her zippers are not holding up well. Otherwise, great selection and great prices, and very fast delivery!
