Great Value
Haven't used it yet but am very happy with the quality of the suitcase. I also couldn't believe how fast it shipped. I received it two days after purchase even with personalizing. The price is great for the quality and being able to put a name and picture.

Loved it, buuuuut.....
Loved the suitcase and the customized name and photo that we ordered with it, but it bugged me that the suitcase opens from the left instead of the right. From what I've seen, suitcases usually opens on the right, so if not already, this little detail should be included in the product description. I also thought a couple of the letters were a bit out of proportion with eachother. The red wasn't as vibrant as I had hoped but still cute. Overall, I really do love it, and I know that my little toddler is going to grow to love it as well.

loved the luggage
These were for my 4 and 6 yr old grand daughters - I think they will be thrilled. The luggage arrived within 3 days of ordering -- amazing. The embroidery was perfect. I'll be back on your site to see what else 'my little girls' need.

In time for vacation
We bought this suitcase for our 3 1/2 year old grandson. Before ordering online, I called with a question regarding the embroidery image. When I hung up, I had no doubt that the size and placement of the image would be done perfectly. Our order was shipped quickly and as first time shoppers, we were very pleased. The large rolling bag was a hit! Kids Travel Zone will always be our first choice when shopping for this type of merchandise.

Kids Travel Zone is WONDERFUL!
I have made many purchases from Kids Travel Zone in the past seven or eight years. This is an amazing company with great quality products and the most fantastic customer service. I have given several things as gifts to friends, who then have later made purchases on their own, and they have all said the same thing about the products and customer service. You cannot go wrong ordering from these lovely people.

So cute!
I bought this suitcase for my daughter as a birthday present. She's so excited to have her own personalized luggage and has already used it. Good quality and reasonably priced. Best of all, the product was delivered VERY quickly!

Just Adorable
I gifted this to my 1 year old grandson. I loved the large choice of colors, fonts and graphics. I was able to make it "his own." This suitcase will go along with him for years to come. And the price is ouch-less as well.

Great gift for new arrivals!
We have purchased the large rolling luggage as baby gifts for many years. The quality of the luggage is excellent as we have seen six year olds still using the luggage for visits to grandparents. There is a huge selection of images and a large variety of fonts for personalization. The company generally ships orders within one or two days. On one occasion we spelled the child's name incorrectly on our order and the recipient brought it to our attention when they received the gift. The company replaced the luggage at no charge as a goodwill gesture!! I highly recommend the company and will continue to order merchandise in the future!!
