Great
Well made and very sturdy. Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She asked for one just like her big sister’s that I purchased a couple years ago. So glad to find the same one even though it was only available in red which was ok with me. The ladybug embroidery looks cute with it. I’m sure my granddaughter will love it. I’m a returning customer and will be back.

Awesome customer service!
I bought this suitcase for my son two years ago. I love it so much and wanted to get the same for my daughter. I was disappointed that they were discontinuing the old style only because I wanted the same as the first one I bought. I sent a message to kids travel zone and heard back from them immediately. Turns out they still had a few left in exactly the color I wanted! The suitcase arrived the next week! I’m so happy! I bet the new style is even better, I’m just glad my kids have the same style! Awesome customer service!

Grandma's Gifts
I have 9 grandchildren so far and just purchased #8 and #9 their suitcases...always just as I ordered and a beautiful result even with changes to thread color etc. Troy is great is you have questions. He treats you like you are his only customer at the time he talks to you and makes sure he understands any specifics to your order. Great experience!

Best kids suitcase
Purchased our first roller suitcase for our first grandson when he turned one. That suitcase comes to our house at least once a week and is large enough to hold his clothes and all the "goodies" he brings along. Fast forward three years later to our newest grandson. Just purchased another for his first birthday. Great quality and embroidering is wonderful! Also purchased the add on totes for each of them and the quality and workmanship are just as good. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these bags to anyone. Very satisfied!
