Granny loves these bags! Purchased 2 for grandson's Christmas. Got train engine for 6 month old and train with cars on the one for 2 year old. Both with be camping with parents travel quite often. I ordered luggage for our granddaughter. The case had two wheels.. Later that day I went to your website to show my daughter what I purchased and I saw a four wheel suitcase.. I immediately called to see if I could change my order to the four wheel case . My order had already been embroidered.. The person to whom I spoke graciously agreed to embroider a new case. That’s great customer service. Thank you for a great product and kind service. I highly recommend kids travel zone!!!
