WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY GIFT
I had questions about "my first suitcase" and placed a phone call to customer service. Very pleasant people to deal with and was told if I ordered on 2/2/17, it would be shipped on the following Monday. I received on 2/9/17 and extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of the suitcase and so pleased with the monogramming selected. My granddaughter will be so surprised and I am sure my other two granddaughters will be getting their own personal suitcases on their next birthdays too. Prior to placing this order, I researched other websites and this company's offerings were superlative to the others.
