I honestly never write a review and I also never shop from unknown sites. My family and I are going on our first daily trip, I have twin girls (age 3) and wanted to get them their own personalize suitcase. I looked around on multiple sites and couldn't find anything I liked. Until I came across kids travel zone. Of course I never heard of them and was very unsure about purchasing. I bought two suitcases with my expectations low and they have been exceeded by far. The suitcases are beautiful and very well made. They also arrived so quick. I wish I could share a picture. GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY
I ordered my first suitcase for my son.i initially ordered on my cellphone and in the comments section i described how I couldn't find any images for boys. Within 24 hours of writing this I received a email reply stating that if I was placing the order on a mobile device most images didn't show up.They directed me to go back to the site from a computer and even asked if there was something in particular I was looking for in case they didn't have it. That was GREAT customer service and as soon as I found an image I wanted I received an email confirmation back,even after changing my mind twice.They were so helpful and the suitcase arrived within 2 business days after I ordered it(talk about speedy service). My son loves his suitcase and I do too.He wants to even to carry it to school with him:-).i would definitely recommend them to a friend and I myself will be ordering from them again.Thanks so much for EXCELLENT customer service
