I have ordered cargo bags, toy bags and the ultimate drawstring bags and am always pleased with the quality and the personalization. This time, however, I was disappointed in processing of my order - I placed two orders - each for two toy totes at $10 each and a cargo bag at $25. To my surprise all the products were the same! Via a conversation with one of your delightful staff, I was given a 50% discount for another order (which I used for the drawstring bag). The bottom line, however, is that I paid $25 for two items that are identical to the four $10 items. The zippers were not difference colors as was explained by your sales staff as a newer stock item. This will not keep me from ordering in the future or recommending you to my friends, but I did want you to know. Thank you and have a wonderful holiday season.

GREAT, high quality product!!!
I searched everywhere to find a heavy-duty drawstring backpack, and this was PERFECT! It is made with the same heavy-duty materials as a normal backpack, so it will undoubtedly hold up to the roughness of my 3 year old. The embroidery (both the text and the image) was high quality and very clear too. The image (we chose the towtruck towing a car) was a little more detailed than I was expecting from the sample image, which is great. The backpack was a little larger than I was expecting, but that was my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions.

Sturdy bag, kids love them!!
These bags are well constructed and will hold up to my children's use. I was so happy with the personalization and my kids were too! I would buy these as a gift for birthday or holiday. Delivery was timely and efficient!

Love this drawstring bag!
The color is perfect and I love the embroidered image. Though it is a little big for the little guy for whom I ordered it will work well for him for many years to come. Pleasantly surprised!
I was worried about ordering this drawstring backpack for my grandkids for Easter but was pleasantly surprised when I received them. They look very nice and the embroidery and emblem is very nice also. We have not used them yet but they look great. I received the shipment in three days.

These backpacks are great!
I recently purchased these bags for my neices, nephew and my son. I am going to fill them with goodies for Easter. I was looking for something heavy duty that the kids could use for the beach, amusement parks ect. I just received the bags in the mail and they exceeded my expectations. The kids are going to love them!

Great DURABLE Drawstring Bags!!
My triplets have gone through several cheap drawstring bags for their reading life bags at school. They only carry small books and a journal in the bag, which rips the bags. So for Christmas I ordered them the embroidered drawstring bags and they are extremely DURABLE!! They are so durable, that I ordered one for myself and 3 more for gifts from the girls. I highly recommend these bags because they are made from the same material as the backpacks and the drawstring is actually a thick cord. If you don't want to have to keep buying cheap drawstring bags, I recommend purchasing this inexpensive durable drawstring bag. It is a great purchase for the price!
