I had previously ordered a 2 wheel piece for my grandson then 1year old. He is now 6 & still uses it. Excellent quality!! I just recently ordered & received 2 of the 4 wheel spinner pieces for my granddaughters. They are adorable!!!! Everything I have ordered from here has been of excellent quality. The embroidery is of excellent quality!!! I just love them!!

Ordered on a Friday, and at my door the next Thursday! And that is with the personalized embroidery (including thread color change on image). Completely amazed at the turnaround rate and the product is perfect. We will see how it holds up, but my 6 year old was thrilled.

Very happy
I ordered 2 of these for my granddaughters. I got them 4 days after ordering them. Although they haven’t used them yet, I am happy with the way the look and feel. They are the perfect size for my 2 and 5 yr old granddaughters. Gave a 4 Star only because haven’t actually used them yet. But 1 will be used end of May so will post again after used. Oh and I called their phone # and left a message, and they called me back the next morning. Great job with customer service.

cute, affordable and durable!
I bought this for my 2 year old daughter to take on our vacations. Since her name is Iris, we got the iris flower monogrammed on the front and it came out GREAT! It is the perfect size suitcase, it is durable and it's easy to maneuver, even for my daughter :)

My 5 stars show how great the product is, however the customer service deserves a 10+. Through my own fault I needed to exchange the kids large spinner suitcase. I called the company and without any hesitation was told a replacement (with emblem and initials) will be sent out immediately. I was on my honor system to return the suitcase I didn’t want, which I did. Other companies wait until they receive the wrong item back before sending a replacement. Kudos to Troy and his wonderful company. Highly recommend Kids Travel Zone.
