Rolling backpack
So excited about this backpack. Bought for my kids for Christmas. Order was personalized and shipped super quickly. Such great quality and will definitely withstand my boys throwing it around and shoving every single toy they own in them. I wanted something that would be able to be used for years and grow with my kids and this fits the bill. The shoulder straps can also buckle in the middle of the chest and it comes with the hip strap that allows you to support the weight on your hips. Just super impressed with this luggage and excited to be able to use them soon.

Great gift
I bought the small rolling backpack for my first grandson a couple of years ago. It's great to bring to Nana's house and perfect to drag through airports. When he first got it, he used it as a push toy; and now he pulls it behind him. The size is still perfect for him at age 5, and it's easy for adults to carry when necessary. Nice compartments, and it has held up well. I love the designs but don't do names for safety reasons. I just bought one for my second grandson, so now we have a train and a dinosaur. Beautiful and highly recommended.

Nice quality; beautiful embroidery
The customer service is GREAT! I actually called before placing an order, to inquire about the appliqued embroidery colors matching the monogram. I was assured, that no matter what was chosen, the threads would match. The CSR even recommended a backpack style/color that would look nice with the Girl Power applique. We received the backpack very quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot attest to the quality of the backpack itself, as it'll be used for school (it's July now.) This is actually my fourth item purchased from the company - I've always been pleased.
