Awesome quality

Excellent quality and Customer Service
This is my first time ordering from this company and I am very pleased. My 2nd Grade son loves macaws but couldn't find anything with that theme or picture. This company took the time to help me find a couple pictures of macaws that my son loved. We ordered a backpack and lunch bag, each with a different picture and his name. Both appear to be great quality and the embroidery turned out beautiful. My son is very excited and can't wait to bring them to school. We were also amazed at the speed which we received the items. I will definitely order from here again.

I bought bags this year and last year. They are a good quality for the price and the embroidery looks great. My kids enjoy picking out and designing what they want. Last years back pack and messenger bag lasted the whole year. Not bad considering they are 7.

Sent this backpack to 6 year old great-nephew and he LOVES it----and so do his parents. It matches the rolling duffel I sent him for his trip to Arizona---I saw for myself the quality, workmanship and attention to detail that goes into these products. VERY impressed! First time to site, but customer service was excellent and the finished product is superb. My grandson is going into second grade so he needed the school backpack. He asked for the matching lunchbox. He LOVES both and is so excited to start the school year with his new gear.

I Really Like It
We haven't used it yet but it seems like good quality. I got the big kid one for my Kindergartener and it seems a little big but the smaller one seemed like it might be too small for the future. I think it will hold up for a few years. It arrived quickly.
