Fabulous gift
I bought this for my soon-to-be 4 year old nephew for a trip they are taking this summer. It seems to be of decent quality- some of the zippers seem to get stuck when I open and close them, but they work fine. There is a lot of space in this backpack- more than it looks. It is a bit heavy and I don't think he will be able to wear it on his back if it is full. The handle is long and when extended is about the height of my son- so close to 40 inches. I wish it was able to lock at a lower level, but my son is able to pull it around okay. It sits up nicely when the handle is up. I like that the straps can be tucked away and the wheels can be covered. It was exactly what I was looking for in this price range.

Big backpack with a lot of room
This is a pretty big back pack that expands bigger. Looks great to use for traveling but I haven't used it just yet. Feels very sturdy.

Super cute
I like the quality and the choice of embroidery is extensive and fun. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The extended handle is too long for my 7 year old and the half way extension is too short. Also, when the handle is extended halfway it does not entirely lock into place. You can still push it back in and that makes maneuvering difficult.

Great backpack
Great, and terrific logo, but a bit larger (i.e. wider) at the bottom than I expected, so too big for the little boy (who is a very large almost 4 year old). But he'll grow into it.

Received 5 rolling backpacks for our grand children today. They are better then I expected and so happy with how they turned out. The colors were great and each has their names printed on them as well as their favorite toys. We had planes, trucks and dinosaurs . I am so excited because this is their Christmas present.
