Awesome product
Rating is 4.99999 This is the 3rd backpack that I've ordered (1 big kids 2 school backpacks). My daughter (now 7 years old) loves them and her schoolmates and their parents always comment on how cool her backpack is. They are extremely well made. My only issues I've had, which is why I didn't give a 5 star rating is the zipper. However when I spoke with Kids Travelzone about it they were aware of it and explained it was the zipper slider and provided the simple fix for it-that did work. My only suggestion to make the school backpack better is to add the straps on the side like there is on big kids backpack. This is extremely useful to hang the lunch box and/or boots from so they don't take all of the space inside of the backpack. I love the variety and vibrant colors of the backpack and fonts, the embroidery options at no extra cost. Everything I've received is exactly as I ordered, and they promptly called me when they didn't have the color I wanted and provided a satisfying substitute. In addition the items have arrived within a week of being ordered. I'm highly satisfied with this product and have referred many parents to their website.

Excellent!!!
Ordered around lunch time, got an email later that afternoon that my order had shipped! Quality is Great, Embroidery is perfect, Lots of designs to choose from. I bought the backpack and lunch bag as a surprise for my 6 ear old daughter, she LOVES them both! Will definitely order again!

Thank You for a GREAT product! 2nd year ordering! Backpacks and lunch boxes are of great quality! My daughter loves looking through the designs and picking the "perfect" one. Delivery was amazing, ordered on a Tuesday and they were at my door on Thursday! Amazing! I will definitely refer and use Kids Travel Zone again!

GREAT STORAGE
The backpack has wonderful storage sections so that small things are sinking to the bottom. It's made of very durable fabric, and the embroidery work is very professional!
