Quality
This is like my 8th product from Kids travel zone. We get our children backpacks from them every year plus luggage. Always excellent customer service and the quality is exceptional. Seems like this particular pack is larger than I recall but that is a good thing. We needed a larger size. I wouldn't go larger. Love it! If you are the least bit hesitant to purchase from Kids Travel Zone, don't be. They are the real deal!

Durable and great price
Consistently over the years we have bought these products for our kid's school gear. They hold up well despite the abuse they take. In the past, we have used some "brand name" bags that were trashed before the end of the year. The only reason we buy each year is so the kids have a new logo on their bags. The old ones have been refurbished as travel bags or given to others. Keep up the quality and great customer service!

Perfect backpack
Very happy with the backpack and lunch box. Perfect for my granddaughter. I got these for my grandson last year and very happy with the quality. These were ordered to use for school but they match luggage I bought for them in the past. They will be great for traveling as well. I have ordered several pieces of luggage for all 5 of our grandchildren. One piece arrived with broken rivets and it was replaced with no problem. Customer service is fantastic and the orders arrive quickly. So very happy in every way.

great backpack
The only reason I rated this four stars is because our daughter hasn't begun to use its since it was purchased for school. Our daughter is very excited about her backpack. We have purchased a rolling duffle bag in the past for her and have been very pleased with it. The backpack seems to be very well made. We are hoping that it will stand up as well as her duffle bag. It was great service and we received it very quickly.
